The self-adjusting speed control can shift from 45 to 130 rpm, while the on/off knob has a 12 minute timer to shut off when you want it to. This mixer can fold dough for bread, whisk meringue, cream butter, and even hold up to 18 egg whites. When done, the compact mixer stores easily in kitchen cabinets or pantry shelves. This Original mixer is backed by a manufacturer's seven year warranty on the motor and a one year warranty on attachments as part of Ankarsrum's commitment to quality appliances.
