Q6: Troubleshooting steps in case any motor or panel problems.

If you see “ER1” displayed on the panel, unplug the power and re-plug to ensure that the power is connected, then press the down button for over 3 seconds till “RST” displayed, the system enters pre-reset state.

If you see “RST” displayed on the panel, long press the down button till the lowest height, and the desk is reset.
